Is it me, or is making up bunk beds an athletic event? My idea is to size the bunk quilts to hang over the sides and hopefully hide any imperfections in the making of the bed.
Another little upgrade to the sewing room to share with you.
I had a wonderful weekend celebrating my 60th (the new 40??) birthday with my family. Great food, visit to a farm, visit to a fabric store (I love my family), new games, pumpkin carving and more! Look at those spoiled puppies!
So much fun!
Hope you are having a great week!
Love the colors in your fabric pull!
ReplyDeleteOh this is going to be good! Double good! Happy new 40th my friend!
ReplyDeleteHAPPPPYYYYY BIRTHDAY!!!!! We are ten years apart....I just celebrated the BIG 50 in May...the new 30??? LOL!!! Love that we are young at heart!! LOVE THIS AGE!!!! BTW I have one of those little ironing tables.....LOVE IT!!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday from your age co-hort. I turned 60 on Oct. 16, so recently celebrated myself. I don't know about you, but I don't feel any different than I did at 40 or 50. Your bunk bed quilts should be fun and quick (at least quicker than queen size) so enjoy the process.
ReplyDeleteHappy, happy day! I was in Nashua this morning, even in the rain the trees were still glorious.
ReplyDeleteFirst and foremost, "Happy Birthday"!
ReplyDeleteThat fabric is wonderful and I like the idea of a family bedroom for guests.
Have a lovely weekend.
Connie :)
